The infamous Speak Easy of Santa Monica.. Find yourself stumbling into this bar/ up comer star search/ american idol sing station and you’ll find a disgruntled tender that will fire the wit at you like an ak47. Not only is the ol’ school tender a mean sh*t talker but she hosts an amazing spectacle of karaoke’ists or ites as you may call it. Remember, every Saturday night is a fun filled and entertaining low key funsicle found upon Pico blvd and the street that comes after 13th..
here it’s getting a little soft and on the duet side of things..

But it gets spiced back up with some high notes and seriousness.. man I love karaoke!

Street Music and shows, MUST see

So this is the Santa Monica street happenings. Everyday people are out showing their talents and this photo is a classic and a classic is his tune. He breaks it down with some smooth 50’s music. But, what you really want to see is definitely below..
Oh Man! that’s all I can say and this dude travels from spot to spot in the local circle so beware a good street show.. handling it. (it takes a minute to see these vids, just wait, I promise)

Band Of Annuals via: Bionic Ear Bootlegs

So here is my second photo set for Bionic Ear Bootleg recordings. This fine Saturday the 19th of 2008 brought forth this very professional 6 piece band known as the “Band Of Annuals”. They came all the way from SLC, Utah to play a show in LA the previous night and ended up recording an amazing song to be released on IndieRockReviews.com in the next few weeks. They came, they saw, they did. All in all, the day was very smooth flowing and everyone played their part in adding their talents to the track. For now, enjoy a few pics from a perfect Newport day. So, here are some pics from skating Adio park last night. It’s not public, but if you can, get a friend of a friend that’s not me with an in and get your shred on.
This is Spooner, aka. the Web Grand Master ‘Flash’(no pun intended). He has been working diligently with Adio(skating, haha) to get their Website buffed out and set for ‘08. I guess he probably misses the window view of the park right about now..
